A Review: Wild Alaskan Salmon Seasoned Grill by Morey’s Fine Fish & Seafood
A lactose-free option with omega-3 fatty acids
Watching me pick up and toss down box after box of seasoned foods in the seafood aisle probably seems strange to some, but when you live with food intolerances, it becomes a way of being.
Check the label. Does it have nitrates? Does it have milk?
By and large, the answer is simply “yes.” And that makes living with lactose intolerance and FODMAP issues a huge problem in my household. Nothing is quick and easy — we’ve gotten used to cooking from scratch and seasoning with few acceptable flavors.
When I was introduced to Morey’s Fine Fish & Seafood, it was the first time I had heard about the brand. I have a Costco membership, and I regularly head to Kroger, but it wasn’t something I’d usually take a second look at. When I was offered a sample to test it, I was happy to find that it would work with my food intolerances and the intolerances my husband also lives with.
